Welcome to EDU522! During this course, you will become familiar with Microsoft Office applications. You will purchase and utilize an application called SIMnet to complete exercises on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. You will also complete course assignments using these applications as they apply to your learning environment.
Course Description
Practical applications and software will be taught; including how to use word processing, electronic spreadsheets, and the worldwide web to increase the efficiency and quality of normal administrative tasks along with awareness of the current status of educational technologies for online collaboration, administrative application, and basic telecommunication infrastructure. Students will be required to have Internet and computer access with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) on a personal computer to complete this online course.
